Support for the Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System 2015-2017

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is a performance-based evaluation program designed to improve the education of all Wisconsin students by providing educators with guided, individualized, and self-determined professional learning through a continuous improvement process. Staff from WCER’s Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative and Consortium for Policy Research in Education support the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and local school districts through program evaluation and technical expertise to ensure the program’s continued success.
