EOCA and READS Program Evaluation (2005-2007)

This study evaluates two Wisconsin statewide intervention initiatives, the Early and Ongoing Collaboration and Assistance (EOCA) program and the Reading Excellence and Demonstration of Success (READS) program. EOCA aims to promote positive reading outcomes through the use of evidence-based interventions; the READS program seeks to increase the number of students with proficient reading skills in the regular classroom and to reduce the gap between students from advantaged and disadvantaged groups.
